Re-Assembly & Quality Control

- All running gear and safety items involved in accident damage are taken apart and tested prior to re-assembly.
- Quality control checks are conducted throughout the repair and re-assembly operation.
- On large impact repairs, the chassis and axles are laser aligned and set to their factory specification following re-assembly, final clean / detail, and quality control check.
- Any ‘Accident Defect Notice’ is cleared through the appropriate authority (if required).
- Trucks are thoroughly road tested prior to delivery.
